About the company:

We are hiring a skilled SAP Consultant (FI & FSCM) for our client in the food industry. The main tasks of this role will be to oversee the migration to SAP S/4HANA, collaborating with an external vendor within the global IT Competence Hub.

Your new role:

You will be in charge of the entire SAP FI and FSCM solution lifecycle, covering architecture, design, delivery, maintenance and operations. You will have a crucial role in a worldwide roll-out to SAP S4/Hana, following the IT functional and technical requirements defined by the IT Business Partner and in alignment with the Architecture, Data and Information Security policies.

  • Set the SAP FI & FSCM solutions roadmap, following the IT Business Partner agreement with the Business Process Owner (BPO)
  • Lead the design, implementation and deployment of the template on the SAP FI & FSCM solutions according to the program plan in terms of results, schedule and resources.
  • Suggest technical solutions and changes that meet the IT functional and technical requirements specified by the IT Business Partner through the demand management process
  • Monitor and report on SAP FI & FSCM solution Service Level Agreements compliance
  • Manage the backlog of changes related to the SAP FI & FSCM solutions with the IT Business Partner in terms of priorities against the development team capacity
  • Create and update SAP FI & FSCM solutions documentation repository (functional and technical specifications, procedures, end-user guides and documentation, etc.)
  • Manage the SAP FI & FSCM solutions evolution over time in terms of modernisation, obsolescence and operations cost efficiency,
  • Continuously improve SAP FI & FSCM solutions and identify opportunities from industry trends.

What you need to succeed :

Education: Relevant IT-related academic background

Certifications: Relevant SAP certifications preferred

Languages: Fluent in English.

Your experience:

  • Min. 7+ years of relevant experience in managing the SAP FI & FSCM solutions in a global/multi-country organisation
  • Min. 3+ years of experience in IT solution management (including SAP) business analysis and project implementation
  • Ability to work with key stakeholders in the organisation
  • Teamwork and collaboration at a global scale
  • Synthesis and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills
